Business Process Improvement

BPI is the professional discipline used to improve business functions, activities and operations through a process oriented review of existing business activities. This scenario is very common and leads to difficulty during people transitions, new hires learning their positions, business value determination. This is an iterative process that results in documentation that can be used to 1) serve as the project development teams baseline functional requirements and 2) measure return on investment (or lack thereof) on project initiatives.
